The Economics Students Association, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (HIMIESPA FEB UGM) is again holding its annual highlight event, the 19th Forum for Economic Study and Discussion (FSDE) Seminar. This year's FSDE is themed "Fostering Human Capital Development: A Way for Developing Countries to Level Up". Syafika Dhea Taqiya Ramadhani (23) has proven that failure is not the end of a journey. After twice failing to get into UGM's undergraduate program, she now graduates as the top student in the Master of Science in Management program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UGM at the recent postgraduate graduation ceremony on Wednesday (October 24, 2024). Syafika earned her master's degree with cum laude honors, achieving a GPA of 3.88 in 2 years and 20 days. This achievement is a testament to her determination to pursue higher education with optimal results at the prestigious UGM campus.

I Gusti Ayu Maresta Amrita Puspa Pujawati, a student from the Economics program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM), has completed the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards Entrepreneurship (IISMA-E) 2024 program. This student from the 2021 cohort will enhance her knowledge and entrepreneurial skills at the University of Adelaide and participate in the program for approximately 45 days from November 11 to December 20, 2024.
