The collaboration in implementing the Credit Debit Information System Application for Education (SIDEK-Edu) in the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum has the aim that students can understand accounting more easily without a long process because they already use application technology. This SIDEK-Edu application will later be able to train the skills of SMA/SMKN children in using the application. In his opening speech, Prof. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA., as the Dean of FEB UGM said that SMA/SMKN students will become prospective students in the accounting department in the future. In fact, it is possible that in the future they will also become a lecturer in the accounting department of FEB UGM. “Once again, we hope that the application can be applied in SMA/SMK because this is an application by the nation,” said Didi.
The highlight of this event was the signing of the cooperation agreement which indicated that an official agreement had been reached between FEB UGM and the Vocational High School. The agreement was signed by the Dean of FEB UGM accompanied by Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo, S.E., M.A., Ph.D., as Vice Dean 3, Sony Warsono , MAFIS., Ak., CA., Ph.D., as the originator of SIDEK-Edu, and representatives from Vocational High Schools.
