FEB UGM Attends the Partnership of Asian Management Schools Leaders Meeting at Woosong University, South Korea

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) once again sponsored international academic relations by attending the PAMS (Partnership of Asian Management Schools) Leaders Meeting at Woosong University (WSU), South Korea, on May 12-13. Three universities attended the PAMS Leader Meeting: WSU, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). At this meeting, the host, WSU, was represented by Dean Yoo-Taek Lee, Prof. Trevor Bryon and Dr James Daniellsen. Meanwhile, SMEs are represented by Pro. Datina Dr. Nor Liza Abdullah and Dr. Mohd Hasimi Yaacob. FEB UGM itself sent three representatives, namely Gumilang Aryo Sahdewo, S.E., M.A., PhD, Luluk Lusiantoro, S.E., M.Sc., PhD, and Iga Shevy Margaretta, S.S.
This meeting lasted two days. On the first day, May 12 2023, a discussion was held regarding the future plan of PAMS, including the development of the offered courses, the use of metaverse technology, the introduction of the great minds course, the introduction of the MELT (Meet, Enjoy, Learn, and Travel) concept for the summer program so that students can get international exposure is not only studied in theory. Then on the second day, May 13 2023, a discussion was held regarding the development of PAMS courses (courses) which are not only in the form of learning material but will also be further developed so that students can learn new skills and develop the skills they already have. In addition, PAMS also ensures that the courses offered will be up to date.
