FEB UGM Holds Visiting Professor Program in the Field of Sustainability Research

The Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) held a visiting professor program and invited Professor Kazi Sohag, Ph.D., from the Graduate School of Economics Management, Ural Federal University, Russia. This program lasted two days, Monday (11/11) and Tuesday (12/11), and was held in person at Room 5.2, Pertamina Tower, FEB UGM, from 9:00 to 11:30 am WIB. The event was open to the public.
The first-day workshop session, "Methods in Sustainability Research: Causal Inference - PSM and Dynamic DID," was not just a lecture. It included hands-on data processing using STATA, ensuring participants were actively engaged. On the second day, the final workshop was entitled "Sustainability Research: How to Publish in a Top Journal".
This workshop provides students, researchers, and the public a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge of sustainability research methods. With direct guidance from an experienced professor, this is a chance to learn from the best.
