Business conditions around the world during the Covid-19 pandemic can be said to be very unstable. To discuss this, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM) held a webinar as part of a virtual summer program which was held on Monday (27/06), namely International Week (I-Week) 2022. In practice, a series of lectures the first I-WEEK presented an expert speaker on this topic, namely Rai Sengupta as Economics and Statistics Analyst at the Asian Development Bank with the topic "Post-covid Business Recovery, Continuity, and Resilience: Outlook at the Global Level."

Monday (19/12), in an open meeting at Grha Sabha Pramana which was the culmination of the 73rd Anniversary of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), the Governor of Bank Indonesia, Perry Warjiyo, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., who is also a Chairman of the Alumni Family of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA), received the Award Hamengku Buwono the IX. In line with this award, the Universitas Gadjah Mada Award this year was given to Ir. Agus Priyatno, IPU. and Rimawan Pradiptyo, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., UGM Chancellor, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med.Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D stated that "We believe that with the power of research, innovation, networking, and a transdisciplinary spirit, UGM will be able to actively and have a strong impact in responding to problems -humanitarian problems facing this nation."

Thursday (29/11), the Center for Accounting and Regulatory Studies (PAKAR), Accounting Laboratory, Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM) held a Seminar with Experts (SEMAR) with the topic "Business Ethics and the Accountant Profession: Theory, Cases and Research". This seminar began with remarks by the Head of the Accounting Department Rusdi Akbar, M.Sc., Ph.D., Ak., CA. Then continued with remarks by the chairman of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) for the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Dr. Hardo Basuki, M.Soc.Sc., CSA., CA.

Bank Indonesia held the BI Learning Expo 2022 which presented various educational institutions in Indonesia and abroad, including the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gadjah Mada University (FEB UGM). By targeting all Bank Indonesia employees as the audience, the BI Learning Expo was held with the aim of supporting Bank Indonesia in optimizing the culture of continuous learning within the company. The event which lasted for five days in a hybrid manner was divided into several talk show sessions and also exhibitions from universities, educational platforms, and MSMEs.

The Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (FEB UGM) in collaboration with the Accounting Laboratory, Economics Laboratory, Management Laboratory, and Economics and Business Research and Training (P2EB) held a seminar with the theme “Research Dissemination Day 2022” on Friday (9/12). The seminar was filled with research presentation activities by the FEB UGM academic community in collaboration with various partners ranging from MSMEs, village managers, and the government. Research Dissemination Day aims to convey to the public about research conducted by FEB UGM and is held in four event segments, namely plenary sessions, parallel sessions, poster presentations by students, and book chapter presentation sessions.
