Four Students of FEB UGM Selected as the Young Leaders for Indonesia 2017 by McKinsey & Company

Bella Indah Permatasari (Accounting 2013), Selma Rani Elvita (Accounting 2013), Alexander Michael (Economics 2013), and Henri Widiyanto (Accounting 2014) recorded proud achievements by being selected as Young Leaders for Indonesia (National Program) this past month. They went through a rigorous selection process, in order to get one of the 60 available YLI seats, by pulling ahead over ~850 other candidates.
"Of course I am very happy and proud to be accepted on this YLI program. After joining, all participants will take part in 3 national forums held in Jakarta, which contain projects that must be completed by the participants beside, of course, the development - leadership training itself." said Henri. .
Young Leaders for Indonesia is an annual leadership development program for high-performing students, to become Indonesia's future young leader by one of the world's prestigious companies, McKinsey & Company. This YLI program is divided into 2, namely Young Leaders for Indonesia Regional and Young Leaders for Indonesia National. YLI National this year (2017) is the 9th wave.
