Economics student of Undergraduate Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business UGM succeeded to become the winner of The Annual 10th Ling Art Essay Competition (LAEC) 2017 Faculty of Languages and Arts Universitas Negeri Semarang (FBS UNNES). In this national-scale essay competition, Fernandi Army and his partner, Natasha Christanti (SV UGM English), got the 1st winner and the throphy was presented by Governor of Central Java. This very proud achievement certainly cannot be separated from the support of various parties, including support from internal FEB UGM and external FEB UGM.

National Economics Event (NETs) is the annual national event that celebrated by economics student of Universitas Jendral Soedirman (UNSOED). National paper competition for undergraduate student is part of event in the NETs. The general theme for this year is "Strategic and Innovation in Digital Economic development for Boosting Indonesia Economy," with subtheme: economy and business, social and cultural, law, technology, and farming.
