On Wednesday, April 24, Blibli Sharing Sessions was held smoothly at Djarum Foundation Auditorium, Pertamina Tower FEB UGM. This event has a commitment to introduce and give a further understanding of today's e-commerce industry in real life to FEB UGM students. It was attended by Sindu Pratama Sirat as Vice President Express Delivery, Danang Limantoro as Process Improvement and Reengineering Analysist, and Eunika Indriani as Talent Development Assistant Manager.
Eko Suwardi, the Dean of FEB UGM, on his opening speech, hoped that the students would prepare themselves to compete and collaborate in this industry. As a pioneer of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia, Blibli.com believes that Indonesia is advantaged with its great situations needed to build a prospective e-commerce industry; its population, location, and natural resources. Blibli.com was built with the main concept of being an online shopping mall. Blibli is running the business with B2B, B2C, B2BC trading concepts and developing the B2G. Armed with its warehouse, payment and product shipment service, Blibli.com is creating its market ecosystem. One of the highlights of this event was " 7 Cores Values of Blibli" which is R.E.S.P.E.C.T, meaning that every employee should be able to be Risk-taking, Excellence, Serving, Passionate and Proud, Encourage Growth & Innovations, Customers Focus, and Team Work-Oriented.
"Because our mission is making satisfied and loyal customers", said Sindu.
The students seemed so enthusiastic to express their questions in the sharing session. Several questions asked were the Blibli.com's differences compared to other e-commerce services in Indonesia and how employed and self-employed students can collaborate with Blibli.com.
