Courtesy Visit from Three Foreign Higher Education Institutions

First visit conducted by representative from the University of Adelaide on January 6, 2011. Earlier on January 4, 2011, the representative, Andrew Bain, made presentation at the Central Building UGM’s meeting room that was attended by representatives of the international offices at the faculty that have international programs. The University of Adelaide offers exchange program for UGM undergraduate students for one semester and scholarship of AUD 5000. At the FEB, this visit was received by the Head of Administration, Paminto Adhi, SE., M.Sc. and a staff of international office.
The second visit was by Hanze, University of Applied Science, Groningen, the Netherlands. At the meeting on January 17, 2011, Hanze were represented by Mr. Diederich Bakker and Mrs. Ednadia Tehupuring and received by Vice Dean Dr. BM. Purwanto, MBA. Hanze is the oldest of University of Applied Science in the Netherlands. They have five programs that taught in English. The intention of this visit was to explore possible cooperation between Hanze and FEB UGM, especially in the extent of student exchanges and in double degree program.
Last visit was from International Pacific College, New Zealand, on Friday, January 28, 2011. IPC was represented by Dodi Irawanto, Indonesian Representative of IPC NZ and Hannah White, lecturer from IPC NZ. The purpose of their visit to FEB UGM is to inform about study and scholarship offers at IPC NZ as well as to discuss the detail and technical implementation of it. The visit was received by the Vice Dean Dr. BM. Purwanto, MBA and a staff of international office.
