FEB UGM Collaborates with tSurvey by Telkomsel to Facilitate Research

In order to strengthen cooperation networks, improve academic services, and support the progress of the world of education, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) signed an important collaboration with the survey and research platform, tSurvey by Telkomsel on Wednesday (13/12). The collaborative agreement was signed in the Kertanegara Room by the Dean of FEB UGM, Prof. Dr Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA and Alfian Manullang, Vice President Data Solution at Telkomsel. This signage is in-line with SDGS goals 4, Quality Education; 9, Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure; dan 17, Partnership for the Goals.
tSurvey is a digital survey platform from Telkomsel that offers data solutions for all needs, such as customer research, academic, commercial, cross-industry, social, and other broad research purposes. The capabilities of the tSurvey.id platform is enriched with telco insight data from more than 159 million customers, so it has several advantages, starting from a wide respondent base reach, respondent targeting features with accurate profiling, faster result output, as well as user-friendly survey management features. The tSurvey.id platform can help research actors get various customer insights from customers throughout Indonesia, starting from aspects of habits and opinions to respondents' perceptions of a product accurately and quickly.
This program aims to provide special services for academics by providing data sources through surveys for academic research purposes. More specifically, tSurvey collaborates with the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM to provide a digital survey platform to meet the data needs of academic research at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM. The tSurvey collaboration with the UGM Faculty of Economics and Business is also expected to open up other collaboration opportunities such as conducting research or joint research with both students and lecturers from the UGM Faculty of Economics and Business.
Prof. Dr. Didi Achjari, M.Com., Ak., CA., Dean of FEB UGM, stated, "With this tSurvey collaboration, it is hoped that it will make it easier for academics to obtain data in academic research. In the scope of academic research, data is an important element, and this data must comply with applicable laws regarding privacy. "We hope that concerns regarding data can be resolved with this collaboration so that it can be beneficial for FEB UGM academics and also tSurvey by Telkomsel," concluded Prof. Didi.
