Wednesday (9/8), the Alumni Family of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAFEGAMA), together with PT Pupuk Kaltim, held a seminar which was one of a series of events from Pupuk Kaltim – Gadjah Mada Business Case Competition (PKT-GAMA BCC). This event was held through a Zoom Meeting with the theme "Venture Capital Investors Still Interested in Investing in Start-Ups". On this occasion, the guest speaker who attended was Eddiwan Danusaputro, Main Director of PT BNI Modal Ventura.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) has inaugurated the ceremony for new professional and postgraduate students on Tuesday (8/08). The inauguration process was carried out online through the Zoom Meetings platform. The event commenced with singing the national anthem, "Indonesia Raya", and the "Gadjah Mada Hymn". Afterwards, a slide show was presented, displaying faculty leadership, department chair, and study program management.

Friday (4/8), in a series of the 28th anniversary of the Masters in Development Economics Study Program (MEP), Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), MEP held a national seminar entitled "Assessment of Regional Financial Management Assets and its Relation to the Preparation of Long-Term Development Plans and Regional Medium Term". All students who passed the Graduation Ceremony of Period IV of the 2022/2023 Academic Year felt moments of emotion and pride. The event was held on Wednesday (26/07) at the Grha Sabha Pramana (GSP) UGM building and was broadcast live via the "Universitas Gadjah Mada" YouTube channel. Gamelan chants' accompaniment, the National Anthem Indonesia Raya singing and the Gadjah Mada Hymn started the ceremony process. UGM Rector, Prof. dr. Ova Emilia, M.Med., Ed., Sp.OG(K)., Ph.D., conveyed the rector’s message in her opening speech. "After completing your education, UGM hopes that you will commit to developing science and technology and uphold the UGM alma mater," she said.
