In accordance with Indonesia's economic improvement endeavor, especially regarding the digitization of public services, on Thursday (7/7), iWeek held a lecture related to the Kartu Prakerja (Kartu Prakerja) case study. This lecture invited Denni Puspa Purbasari, Ph.D as the Executive Director of the Kartu Prakerja Program. Denni started the lecture by explaining the purpose of this class, which is to provide an understanding of problem-solution fit, and public policy 101 to students participating in iWeek. Denni continued with an explanation about the problems of unemployment, including the supply and demand sides, frictional and structural unemployment, Not engaged in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and unrealized demographic bonuses, education and wages, view of training as a luxury, asymmetric information, and labor which is the only factor of production for the poor.

Entering the post-pandemic era, resilience and vulnerability became relevant discussions after almost all individuals in the world managed to struggle with all the changes that Covid-19 brought to life. An interesting topic related to this, titled as “Psychological Resilience and Vulnerability: An Introduction” was discussed in one of the lecture series as part of the virtual summer program held by the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) on Wednesday (06/07), namely International Week (iWeek) 2022. On the day of the event, the lecture series presented an expert speaker on the topic, namely Dr. Rebecca Graber from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom.

The Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), held the 2023 Dissemination of Trade Policy Analysis by the Trade Policy Agency (BKPERDAG), focusing on the topic of "Strengthening Trade Policy Implementation to Enhance Trade Performance." The event occurred on Wednesday (17/5) at the 8th-floor Auditorium of the Learning Center Building, FEB UGM. In this dissemination, the material was delivered by three figures from the Trade Policy Agency, namely Niche Evandani, M.M., Yudi Fadillah, S.E., M.E., and Annisa Aulani Kusnadi, S.E..
