After The International Academy for Financial Consumers (IAFICO) succeeded in holding the Annual Conference five times in various parts of Asia such as China, Japan, and Korea, Monday (04/19) at 09.00 WIB, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Gadjah Mada University was appointed to host the 6th Annual IAFICO Conference. With the big theme "Reshaping Investment and Funding through Digital Innovation", the 6th Annual Conference of IAFICO titled Global Forum for Financial Consumers was held at the Auditorium of Master of Management at FEB UGM. As part of its actions to fulfill its mission and vision, IAFICO holds an Annual Conference to discuss, and propose recommendations on various topics in finance.

Tuesday (8/13), Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) with PT. Bank Mandiri launched the LinkAja platform in the middle of a series of Student Week events. Student Week is one of a series of events in the orientation of the new students of PPSMB SIMFONI 2019 which is divided into 3 agendas, namely the Organizational Bazaar, Entrepreneurship Expo, and Cultural Night.

Thursday (8/8/2019) Accounting Department of Faculty of Economics and Business UGM held "Sidek Desaku" Socialization activity. Located in the 1st floor Audiovisual room and the 5th floor Computer Laboratory of FEB UGM Learning Center Building, this socialization aims to introduce public about innovations that help Village Government to manage and account for village finances. This activity is a manifestation of the social concern of higher education institutions to be actively involved in increasing accountability of the government in Indonesia, especially the village government.

Saturday (3/8) at 12.00 WIB, Faculty of Economics and Business UGM (FEB UGM), represented by the dean, heads of departments, study programs, and FOKOMA of FEB UGM welcomed the parents of new students in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Located at Selasar Learning Center FEB UGM, this event is a series of Pelatihan Pembelajar Sukses Bagi Mahasiswa Baru (PPSMB) 2019 events where the parents of new student can meet directly with the dean, vice deans and lecturers from three departments.

Thursday (1/8), Gamelan Sekar Laras of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) performed at the Karawitan Festival which was held at Selasar Building B, Faculty of Philosophy UGM. The event, which was held to enliven the 52nd Anniversary of the Faculty of Philosophy, began promptly at 09.00 WIB. This event also collaborated with musical institutions from various faculties at UGM. Karawitan Festival took 15 teams, namely Tunjung Jene (Dharma Wanita Pusat UGM), Laras Library (UGM Library), Puspanjali (PKKH UGM), Sekar Laras (Faculty of Economics and Business UGM), Budyalaksita (Faculty of Cultural Sciences), Faculty of Agricultural Technology, PK4L UGM, Sato Laras Budaya (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), Sospolaras (Faculty of Social and Political Sciences), Laras Manunggal (PSKK UGM), UGM UKJGS (UGM Hall), UGM Faculty of Engineering, Nglaras Ati (Faculty of Psychology), Inscription (Faculty of Cultural Sciences), and Sekar Manggis (Alumni of Purworejo 1 Senior High School).

In the series of the 64th Anniversary, Tuesday (30/07) Faculty of Economics and Business UGM held a caring action by distributing approximately 50 clean water tanks in two regions in Gunung Kidul district, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The caring action titled go green campaign held in Girisubo and Rongkop Subdistrict is a manifestation of FEB UGM's concern for the surrounding environment.
